まず夜のコースの品数、食材、量、見せ方、調理、サービスすべてに心くばりが行き届いています。お店の方の優しい気持ち、キャッチしました！
5500円のコースに鹿肉でいただき、ワイン数杯。話もしやすく、楽しい時間を過ごせました。
シェフやサービスの方も素敵な雰囲気を醸し出していて、ほかのお客様もそうだと思いますが、気持ち良く帰路につけました。

思い出すと顔がニヤけます。
原価を考えつつ、使用食材もよく選ばれていて、変なせせこましさがないのが良いのです。たまーに、イタリアンやフレンチでそういう貧乏くささが見えると興醒めですが、そういうのまったくないです。この価格帯のコースでこんなに満足したのは、久しぶりです。
このお店に行くために町田にお出かけしたいですね。
