町田から歩いて行ける距離にこんなに素晴らしいお蕎麦屋さんがあったとは。
まずお店自体の雰囲気が素敵です。
庭園も綺麗だし店内も家を改装した作りで落ち着きがあります。
季節の天ぷらそばをいただく。
天ぷらは筍、アナゴ、こごみなど。季節が感じられサクッとして美味しい。
お蕎麦は10割そばの板そばです。
ツユは2種類。胡桃とアーモンドのツユもついてきます。蕎麦はコシがあって喉越しよく美味しいです。
蕎麦以外にもいろいろメニューがありそうで、夜もしっぽり酒を飲みながら食べたいなあと思います。
