町田駅付近の鶴川街道にある居酒屋さんなのですが、居酒屋さんなのに『久留米豚骨ラーメン』の看板を店頭に出し、推し感が半端ないなと気になっており、通る度に混んでて入れなかったのですが、とある雨の日にやっとこ入れましたぁ☺️
店内は足の高い椅子のカウンターバーのようなお洒落な空間で、お一人のお客も多く、昼のみや同じくラーメン目当ての方もいました
テーブル席も2名席×2、4名席×1ほどあります。
G系野郎ラーメンでお馴染みのフードリヴァンプが経営するお店のようです❗️
そして、目的の久留米豚骨ラーメンを注文！
久留米ラーメンは豚骨ラーメンの発祥とあり、卵黄がなってる豚骨ラーメンはお初でワクワク☺️
具はチャーシューに青ネギ、卵黄！
スープは、『呼び戻し」という久留米ラーメンでは一般的であったが、今では手間がかかる作業であるため希少な製法らしいです。
良い意味で豚骨が匂う濃いめのスープで美味しい
麺は加水率低めの細ストレート麺❗️
パツパツ食感で量も120gと通常の豚骨ラーメンより多めかなぁ？
ランチタイムは替え玉が無料なので、間違いなく頼みますよねー
卵黄を崩してコクを加えてみたり、トッピングの海苔や、追加料金となりますが、ニンニク、紅生姜が加えて味変を楽しみました
あとは、脂身が入ったバラチャーが４枚！
スープに浸して食べれば美味さ倍増
この日もお腹いっぱいになりました！
