路面のポスターに「浅草開化楼」の文字に目がとまった。
パスタだ・・美味しそう・・とつい我慢しきれず入店、時間はすでに 14:40 ランチタイム野路閑雅すぎていたがお店は開いていた。
聞いてみるとまだ大丈夫とのこと・・ほぼ満席だ・・しかも女性が99％ これは期待が膨らむ
当然ですが「禁煙」嬉しいですね。
初めてでしたが「浅草開化楼 - 超低加水パスタフレスカ」を使用した・ガーリックチーズパスタを注文
見た目はやや太めの麺・・麺はしっかりとした歯ごたえのとても美味しいパスタだ・・
ガーリックチーズもこれもまたおいしい、麺に良く合う・・正解でした、この地域でようやくお気に入りのパスタが出せるお店を見つけた。
ついでに、ピザ・サラダ仕立ても注文してみた、数時間後も胸焼けしないピザなので素材は確かなことは間違いない。
これは久しぶりのヒットでした。
しばらく他のメニューもいろいろ食べてみて見ます。
