週末の13時ごろ来店し、待ちなしで着席できました。パイナップル海老塩ラーメン(1080円)を注文。
魚介の出汁、エビ油と塩ダレの風味が先に広がり、後からスープに使用されているパインジュースの甘みを感じます。
麺は硬めに茹でられたストレートの細麺。上にパセリを乗せてパイナップルに見立てた黄色いウズラの卵は駄菓子っぽい甘みが白身についています。
チャーシューは１枚で、本物のパインも3切トッピングされています。
スープの旨みと同時に、思っていたよりもパインの味がわかる特徴的なスープでした。
