An eel restaurant where you can enjoy Kanto-yaki and Kansai-yaki
I made a reservation for a seat by phone about a week in advance. Last time I visited, I couldn't get the grilled liver if I ordered it on the same day, so I pre-ordered the following from the menu on the website two days in advance. Two eel coats, half grilled eel, freshly cut grilled liver I visited the restaurant at 5pm, and this time the grilled liver was served shortly after I was seated at the table. The fluffy, rich liver is the perfect combination with the rich yolk. Next, we shared half of the shirayaki, but regrettably forgot to take a photo... For Niunagi Haoriju, the one on the right in the photo is Kansai-yaki, and the one on the left is Kanto-yaki. This is a luxurious tasting comparison of meaty eel. Personally, it's hard to choose one over the other, and it's a moment when I think I'm glad to be alive. As expected, this is the work of a craftsman who trained under Mr. Tomoe of Kazamatsuri. The bowl was liver sucking. There are some eel restaurants with clam soup that are cheaper, but I was able to enjoy the eel to the very end. Thank you for the meal.

ちょうどコロナ禍真っ盛りでアルコール類が提供されなかった頃、嫁に行った二女と旦那さん達と行って来ました。
しら焼きと蒲焼き半身ずつ入った鰻重、「めおと」」を注文。
時節柄アルコールがNGでしたので、ノンアルコールビールで乾杯しながら待っていると30分位で配膳されました。
しら焼きと蒲焼き、両方の味が楽しめる贅沢なうな重。
白焼きは久しぶりでした。
お味はかなり上品なお味でわざわざ車で小1時間かけていく価値があると思います。
とても美味しかった、ご馳走様でした。

It's been a year since my last visit, so I visited with my partner to commemorate the anniversary. On this day as well, I ordered the luxurious Niunagi Haoriju grilled in the Kansai and Kanto style, eel bone Senbei (rice crackers), and freshly cracked liver wasabi. Enjoy eel bone Senbei (rice crackers) with salted seaweed and freshly cracked liver wasabi with wasabi soy sauce, then wait for the eel to finish grilling. Personally, I think the grilled liver was better.The kabayaki that was served was Kanto-yaki on the left and Kansai-yaki on the right. The texture is so different that anyone who eats it can tell the difference. Ah, that moment when you realize how lucky you are to be alive. It was very delicious, thank you for the meal.
