小田原の友栄ご出身の職人さんが営んでいる当店で、青鰻を気軽に食べれるって気がしたので訪問してみました。
青鰻というものを認識して食べたのは初めてかもしれません。皮がうすいとのことですが、確かにうすい！
白焼き
地焼きなのかな？すこし弾力感があります。
上うな重
こちらは完全に蒸しですね。仕上がりとしては水分多めな感じでご飯も大分柔らかい。
胃腸に優しいうな重かと。
青鰻をたべた印象としては、まったくクセがないおとなしめな鰻という印象。
