妻と娘からの熱い要望で今日は３人でこちらへ。
２人で色々探してここに決めたみたい。
私が串家とか書くと家系ラーメンのお店みたいだけど
ここは串揚げビュッフェのお店。濃いめとか固めはできない。
予約して万全の態勢で行ったのだけど、ロフトで寄り道させたのが
災いして時間通りに来なかったりしたのだけど、無事に入店。
土曜日なので

会計時はちょうど\5,000だった。さすが、よく考えてある。
雨天なので他の飲食店のテナントさんも空いてる。
唯一、スイーツパラダイスだけが10:30の開館と同時に行列開始。
ここも数組が11:00に入店してたけど、店内は広いので
入店待ちはしなくても済みそうだけど、我が家のように予約するのを勧める。
ドリンクバーを頼んだのは、やはり烏龍茶が欲しかったから。
食後のコーヒーとかココアは飲めるみたい。
システムは至って簡単。セルフで材料を取って揚げるだけ。
他にはカレーとかスープ、お茶漬け。サラダやデザートも豊富にある。
妻と娘は衣を付けて上げてたけど、私は油切れが悪くなると
脂の過剰摂取になるので素揚げで全て頂いた。
調味料も色々と用意してあるけど、結局最後まで何も付けずに頂いた。
１つ１つが小さくて取りすぎにならないような工夫がある。
味に関しては自分の腕次第。娘のを揚げてやろうと思ったけど
自分で揚げるのを楽しみにして来たので結局、自分のだけだった。
エビ、イカが特に美味しかったかな。あとは牛・豚・鶏の肉類。
やはり揚げ物には相性が良い鶏が一番だったかな。
鶏はモモとササミの２種類が用意されている。
揚げ物にはササミが美味しいと思う。
私は43本食べたのだけど、たぶんこの３倍は軽く食べられる。
コツは充分に油切りをすることかな。ちゃんと油切りしないと胸やけすると思う。
ソフトクリームとかケーキ、フルーツのデザートもちゃんと頂いた。
まだまだ食べられたけど、もう歳なので腹８分目でやめとくことにしている。
娘がとても喜んでいた。焼肉でもそうだけど自分でやるのが楽しいみたい。
母娘は、また行きたいと言ってるからまた連れてくことになりそう。
ここはスタッフの方が優秀。目配りを見てたけどスキが無い。
町田は激戦で大変だけど頑張って欲しい。
