美味しいケーキだけど、高い
ケーキが700円代後半から。どれも高い。
かつ、ガトーショコラでも2400円ぐらいスタートか。
余りの高さに驚き。
デパート価格とも遜色なし。この感じの店舗で。。。と驚きを隠せない。
ただ一方で、味の方はしっかりと作り込んでいる。
手抜きが感じられない。
ここは難しいところ。物価と見做すか。富裕層向けとするか、ごくハレの日だけに絞り、通常使いを諦めるか。
庶民にとっては悩ましい問題である。

店名を冠しているケーキを食べないことには始まらないとの旨。
故に、再訪。
念のため、電話で予約して取り置きを頼んだ次第。(実際に行った時には他の商品も売り切れ。。。)
ただ、中に入っているガナッシュなど、他のケーキでも用いられているので、もう１回目ほどの目新しさはなく。
むしろ、他の高評価ケーキ店との価格差に逆に目がいき、いかんせん今回は点数低めかな。ものは良くても、コスパなりを考えると、です。
