町田をふらふらしていると気になるお店を発見。
なんとランチはとん汁とだし巻き玉子定食のみ！
この潔さ、自信がなければできないであろう。
とん汁は和出汁が効いた少し甘めで優しい味付けです。具材もたくさん。やや赤いものが混じってましたが、トマト？セミドライトマト？的なものでしょうか？トマト感はありませんでしたが。
それとめちゃくちゃ熱々なので注意です。
だし巻き玉子はふるふるなビジュアルで出汁がジュワーって出てきます。めちゃめちゃ美味しい。
副菜は佃煮と漬物？
それでこの漬物？が驚きでした！
大根の皮に茗荷が混じってるのですが表現できない初めて食べる味付けで、シャキシャキとした食感と相まってクセになります。
大根の皮をこのレベルに引き上げるとはここのご主人相当な腕な気がしてきました。
夜は会席料理のコースのみみたいです。
これは夜お酒飲みに行くしかないでしょう。
普段濃いものばっかり食べてるので、ここの料理の優しさに癒されました。
