The opening day |

A fun detour on the way home from work. On this day, I came to Machida. The store you are looking for is easily accessible, 3 to 4 minutes from the nearest station. The main dish is Odenya. Oden has the image of being a seasonal dish eaten in the winter, but in reality, the store is air-conditioned during this time, so it's actually quite nice to eat it piping hot. This seems to be a restaurant with many regular customers, and there were many regular customers on this day as well. Let's start with my favorite highball. I chose Hakushu. I like highballs because they are single malt, easy to drink, and go well with any kind of food. Half of grilled romaine lettuce Caesar salad with veggie forst. Roast the romaine lettuce on a burner, lightly brown it, and finish with Parmesan cheese. It also contains black pepper and red pepper to give it a little spiciness, making it a delicious salad. With its crunchy texture and rich cheese flavor, you can enjoy it even with half of it. Oden with fried oysters. This is quite rare. The fried oysters are included in the oden soup stock, and the fried skin contains the soup stock, giving it a gentle flavor. Seasonal fried corn. Corn that is in season now has a sweet taste, and frying it increases the sweetness and makes it delicious. We recommend eating it hot and freshly fried. Porcini radish. A Japanese-Western fusion dish with plenty of porcini sauce poured over daikon radish soaked in dashi stock. The radish is soft and delicious, but the porcini sauce goes really well with it. This is an original item, but I highly recommend it! Next up is Juyondai Japanese Sake. It's been a while since I've had it, but it's one of my favorite brands because it's easy to drink. Standard oden egg and mochi purse. I love it when it comes to oden, so I always order it when it's available. The standard ones have a stable taste and are delicious. While enjoying Rio Yellow sour, the final meal was white Oyako-don (Chicken and egg bowl). Oyako-don (Chicken and egg bowl) is a bit whitish, but it has a creamy texture and a light taste.I added shichimi to make it a little spicier. The final Sweets is fondant chocolate. The rich Chocolate flavor was delicious. Thank you for the meal.
