本日は地元の友人と地元の近くの町田で少人数忘年会です。
友人おすすめのこちらのビストロに初訪問です。
レンガを3000枚使ったレンガ個室の内装が特徴です。
雰囲気いいですね〜。
オシャレなんですけど居心地いい。
テーブルも幅が広くゆったりとリラックスできました。

ワインはこだわって日本ワインを取り揃えているとのこと。
スタッフさんおすすめのグリド甲州で乾杯。
2022年ものの山梨県産のワインです。
軽やかでスッキリとした味わいで後味にくどくない渋味がありずっと飲めますね。

バターの風味香る濃厚なポップコーン。

本物の岩塩のプレートに乗った和牛ユッケ。
キャビアが載せてあり豪華な見た目ですね。
シャキッとした食感も感じられ、ニンニクの風味もします。

生地が薄く食べやすいですね。
•ハラミのグリル＆グリル野菜1480円
焼き加減が絶妙で柔らかくちょうどいいレア加減。
そのかに甘いソースとハラミ特有の旨味のバランスがいいですね。
岩塩、レモン、ワサビを乗せていただきます。
付け合わせのグリル野菜はパプリカ、ナス、ズッキーニなど。
程よい食感と甘みを感じられました。

柔らかくて噛む度に肉汁が溢れるジューシーさ。
マスタードを乗せて頂きます。
付け合わせのポテトサラダも美味しい。

ウニの香りが広がります。
いくらとキャビアの程よい塩味がいいアクセント。
•ワタリガニのアマトリチャーナー
トマトベースのソースで酸味は感じるものの、まろやかな味わいでした。
タマネギなどの具材もたっぷり使用されておりソースも最後まで食べれちゃう勢いでした。
