町田のゴールドジムでトレーニング後、美味しい食べ物で筋肉を喜ばせてあげたいと思いこちらへ伺いました。町田駅から徒歩30秒ほどの駅近ビルの5階にあります。1番近い出口から出たら目の前にあるのでありがたい！しっかり予約して伺いました。
赤レンガ調の半個室の店内でいただきます。お洒落で開放感があっていいですね！客層は若い方が中心で女性が特に多いように感じました。着席すると店員さんがおすすめの食べ物等を案内してくれます。
用途に応じた各コースが展開されていますが、この日はアラカルトにて注文しました。いただいたものは以下の通りです。
・お通し（ポップコーン）
・レンガソルトオン・ザ・和牛ユッケ
・まるでアイスクリームポテサラ
・燻製サーモンカルパッチョ
・芳醇な生ハムとポルチーニの濃厚チーズリゾット
・明太子アヒージョ
・自家製オニオンリング 燻製タルタル
・焼きレアチーズケーキ
遊び心がくすぐられ思わず食べたくなってしまう料理を多数いただきました。写真映えする料理が多いので女子ウケがいいのはもちろん、男性好みの味付けの料理もたくさんありました。美味しい料理と食べ物で優勝確定。ついついたくさん食べたくなってしまう！デザートまでご用意されているのがさすが過ぎました笑 特に美味しかったものを２つ紹介します！
1. レンガソルトオン・ザ・和牛ユッケ
レンガ状の岩塩の上に和牛ユッケとキャビアが盛られた一品。付属のバケットにユッケを乗せていただきます。ややパンチの効いたユッケがトロトロで最高。岩塩で味の調整もできます！食べ方もお洒落の一品です。
2. まるでアイスクリームポテサラ
見た目はチョコレートとバニラの2段アイスクリームそのままですが、これが実はポテサラ。下段がポテサラ、上段はコンビーフになっておりコーンごと容器に投入しかき混ぜていただきます。演出が素敵。マイルドなポテトと塩っけのあるコンビーフ、やや甘めのコーンが絶妙にマッチ。仕上げを自分でできる、体験型の料理いいですね！
