町田にある赤レンガ個室ビストロ RENGARO 町田店（レンガロ）でディナーをしてきました。小田急線町田駅から歩いて1分とアクセスが良いです。
店内もオシャレでレンガ造りの個室になっているのです。プライベート感があるのでデートや女子会などで利用するの良さそうです。
ちなみに店名のレンガロは煉瓦とポルトガル語で雄鶏を意味するガロをくっつけた造語だそうですよ。

まずはお酒のつまみにすぐに出てきそうなメニューをチョイス。オリーブとピクルスは適度な酸味が食べやすいですね。なにより種を取ってくれている気遣いが嬉しいです。
生ハムとルッコラのサラダは食材本来の味が感じられる薄めの味付けになっていますね。

食べたいなと思った気になるメニューでユッケとオムレツも注文してみました。レンガソルトオン・ザ・和牛ユッケはなんとレンガ型の大きな岩塩の上にユッケが乗っかって出てきます。
岩塩の上でかき混ぜて食べることでほど良い塩気が足されるのです。お肉も臭みがなくて美味しいですね。
トリュフ香るポルチーニクリームのオムレツはトリュフの芳醇な香りが口いっぱいに広がってクセになる美味しさ。オムレツは卵がとろとろで柔らかいのも良いですね。
◆ 名物！燃える！ガロの丸焼き ¥1780
名物！燃える！ガロの丸焼きは名物メニューなので気になって頼んでしまいました。目の前でバーナーで炙るのですが炎が上がるパフォーマンスすごいですね。
丸ごと一羽なので食べ応えもあって肉汁たっぷりのジューシーなお肉は柔らかくて美味しいですね。
◆ 渡り蟹のアマトリチャーナ ¥1180
◆ 甘くとろけるクアトロフォルマッジ ¥1480
渡り蟹のアマトリチャーナはにんにくと唐辛子の辛味が効いててスパイシーで堪らないですね。
トマトの酸味も効いていて好みの味でした。甘くとろけるクアトロフォルマッジはハチミツが添えてあってデザート感覚でいただけるピザですよ。

最後にデザートに濃厚ベイクドチーズケーキをいただいて大満足のディナーごちそうさまでした。
