『赤レンガ個室ビストロ RENGARO 町田店』に
行ってきました〜！
店名の通り全席レンガの個室空間で
全部で3000個もレンガが使われているそう。
今回は友人に誘われ、店員さんのおすすめ中心にいただいてきました♪

続いて前菜。注文したのは
・まるでアイスクリームポテサラ
・レンガソルトオン・ザ・和牛ユッケ
・いちごとブラッターチーズのカプレーゼ
・レンガロックソルトに乗った和牛肉寿司
ポテサラは本当にアイスのような見た目で
皿に移してスプーンでコーンを砕きます。
ポテサラにザックザク食感が加わって美味しい✨
和牛ユッケにはバケットが付いてきました♪
和牛肉寿司もレンガソルトに乗せて登場。
いくらとキャビアがON！
メインにはこちら！
・鴨肉のグリエ 〜オレンジソース添え〜
・名物ガロの丸焼き
・フレンチ流ボロネーゼ
鴨肉は低温調理してスパイスがかかっており
そのままでも美味しいですが
オレンジソースと合わせるとさらに好み。
ガロの丸焼きはお店の名物！
目の前で火をつけて炎が上がる演出付き！
こういった丸焼きをいただけるのは嬉しいですね
ボロネーゼはひき肉がゴロゴロ、溶けたチーズが絡んで濃厚な味でした。
デザートは以下。
・濃厚ベイクドチーズケーキ
・ブリュレ風チーズケーキ 〜ベリーソース添え〜
2種類のチーズケーキで片方はベイクド、もう一つはブリュレ風のクリームがかかっていました。
サービスで温かいお茶を出してくれたのも嬉しい✨
