町田で和食ならここ。
旬の食材を生かしたお料理が素晴らしい、いそ崎さんにお邪魔しました。
最初のお料理から最後のお料理まで、本当に美味しい。
一皿目。ウニにブドウに落花生にナスという、旬の食材が一皿に集まってビックリしましたが、不思議と合っていて美味しい。さすがです。
すっぽんのつみれも驚きでした。つみれにはすっぽんの肉がだけでなく皮も入っているので、独特の歯応えがありました。出汁は絶品でした。
最後の梨のシャーベットは、さわやか。さっぱりといただけました。ごちそうさまでした。
