可愛いカフェで野菜たっぷりランチ(´∀｀)

こちら町田では有名なかき氷屋さん、めがね庵が
プロデュースしたお店です。2022.11月オープンで
早速行って来ました。
11時30分オープンでどれぐらい混み合うのか分からないので、少し前に到着。続々と女性のお客様が、並びます。
最初に並ぶ事ができたので店内の写真も少し撮れました。

ランチは季節を味わうランチプレート1500円があります。
メインがA.B.Cと3つありその中から選びます♪
A豚肉の黒酢生姜焼き
B真鱈の和風アクアパッツァ
C鮭と木の子のホイル焼き

こちら、先払いシステムで私はCのランチとオープン2日間限定のフィナンシェ代を払い2人掛けのテーブル席に案内して頂きました。
10分程度で配膳して頂きました。
もうこの時点では店内満席です。
可愛い小鉢に、メインのホイル焼き。
彩り良く、どれも美味しそうでどれから食べようか
迷ってしまいます。(^｡^)
私は、好きなものを1番に食べるタイプなので♡
まずはメインの鮭と木の子のホイル焼きから。
鮭に味噌マヨネーズのタレがのっていて
美味しい。♡アクセントの柚子胡椒の風味も効いていて
ご飯が進みます。^ ^
小鉢は、柿とほうれん草の白和えがGood
ჱ̒⸝⸝•̀֊•́⸝⸝)私の中では１番。
お味噌の種類は白味噌かな？滑らかなお味噌に
練り胡麻？豆乳も入っているかな？^ ^
しっとりとした白和えが上品で美味しかったです。
季節によって小鉢が変わるようなのでまた行きたいです♪
ご馳走様でした。
毎日選べるデザートと、お席がもう少しゆったりしてたら
もう少し得点upしてたかも。

2022.11 テーブル席 私が着席した時は、2つの机をくっつけていましたが、配膳される頃には満席で全部のお席を2人席に切り離していました。可愛い店内ですが隣り同士が近すぎました( ˊᵕˋ ;)
