This is our most popular gourmet course, packed with Mubilingo's recommended dishes. Our homemade achar is a spice dish that Mubilinggo recommends. Please enjoy our colorful salad with seasonal vegetables and vegetable paste. The main dish, baked in banana leaves, is a specialty of Mubilinggo, a South Indian dish with fish and creamy masala. This is a delicious and recommended dish. You can choose your favorite curry from three types of today. This is a great value course that also includes today's Gelato and tea.

This course is a selection of dishes prepared by the chef using carefully selected seasonal ingredients. Homemade achar is a spice dish that Mbilinggo recommends. Please enjoy it with paratha. The two cold dishes are sometimes a little elaborate, such as seasonal potage, Thai green papaya salad, Myanmar fermented tea leaf salad, and Peruvian Seafood ceviche. For meat and fish, we offer hearty Le Creuset chunks of meat, our specialty grilled meat wrapped in banana leaves, and sumptuous Seafood-style seafood Sukiyaki, as well as other international cuisine with a focus on Asia, made with the latest seasonal ingredients. Desserts include an assortment of homemade cakes, Gelato, and seasonal fruits.
