町田の『一頭両驒』系列の焼肉店『肉の一頭』
肉の質は系列店譲りの上質な黒毛和牛。希少部位に拘らないことで、コスパよく、焼肉，ホルモンを食べれるお店です。
平日の夜、一人飯にやってきました。
生ビールを飲みながらメニューをチェック。
本日のお薦めメニューを中心に選んでみました。
▫️生キムチ
最近，あちこちで見かけるようになりましたが、サクッと新鮮な白菜を楽しめます。
▫️ニンニク塩ダレカルビ
味がついているのでそのままで。旨み濃厚で、コスパ良いですね。
▫️A5黒毛和牛赤身
軽く表面に火を通すくらい。やや赤みが残る程度に火を入れます。
適度な脂身で柔らかい。焼き肉用のタレをつけて。
▫️ホルモン盛合せ
ガツ（豚の胃袋）
シマチョウ、意外にコリコリ
ハツ 心臓 意外にふっくらと厚みがある
セセリ
よく焼いてホルモン用のタレをつけて頂きます。焼き肉用のタレより、濃厚な味付けでうまい。
それぞれ三切れずつで食べ応えありますね。
普通におすすめのメニューを中心に選んでいると結構安上がりで，満足できます。
コースもリーゾナブルなので、仲間内の飲み会でも良いかも。
