I had dinner with one of Machida's meat. This is a Yakiniku (Grilled meat) restaurant where you can enjoy A5 rank Japanese black beef at a reasonable price. It was renovated in May 2023, so the inside of the store is clean and stylish. The store is located 3 minutes walk from Machida Station. ◆ Fresh thick-sliced liver ¥1199 ◆ Rare Steak yukhoe style ¥999 ◆ Thick-sliced upper tongue ¥1299 All of the meat has a beautiful red color and you can tell just by looking at it that it's delicious. Fresh thick-sliced liver is a glossy dark red. I had it lightly grilled, but it was soft, gooey, and delicious. The rare Steak yukhoe style is cooked at a low temperature, but the yukhoe didn't feel cooked and had a raw, rare flavor. The thickly cut upper tongue was very filling and satisfying. It's a tan that you can enjoy the texture. ◆ Top skirt Sushi ¥999 ◆ Rib roast Seafood sushi roll ¥1648 ◆ A5 Kuroge Wagyu beef ribs ¥699 ◆ A5 Kuroge Wagyu beef ribs ¥999 The A5 Kuroge Wagyu beef short ribs were fatty and juicy. It was voluminous and delicious. ◆ Dashi Salt Hormone ¥799 ◆ Unstoppable Shio Mino ¥699 This is my first time eating Dashi Soup Salt Hormone, and it's interesting. After grilling the offal, it is eaten by dipping it in the soup stock, so the fat content is removed and the dish is refreshing. The shio mino was also crunchy and delicious, and it was truly irresistibly delicious. ◆ Wagyu dry curry ¥999 The final meal I had with rice was Wagyu dry curry. A generous amount of wagyu beef is served on top of a round bowl of rice. It's a satisfying dry curry that has the texture of meat. Mixing in the egg yolk will make it thicker.
