毎度のラーメンでございます。
普通麺バリカタでオーダー後、替え玉で赤麺バリカタにします。スープが足りなくなるので替え玉用のエキスというか、タレを追汁します。柚子胡椒は入れ過ぎると予期せぬ味になるので要注意。
