この時期になると南園さんの冷やし中華が食べたくなります。
でも お席についてメニューを見たら 何故かしっかりコースで戴きたくなり、急遽 天山 コースです。
前菜5種盛り合わせは彩りも素晴らしく、お皿が綺麗になってから お写真の撮り忘れに気付きました！
スープは豆腐入り枝豆のフカヒレスープ、緑色が鮮やかです。
一緒にパイナップルとチャーシュー入り揚げパイ、肉まんみたいなパイ。
呼子イカと帆立貝のゴールデンライム胡椒炒め、しっかり濃いめの味です。イカも帆立貝も柔らかで美味しい。
穂州鯛 の蒸し物、サッパリです。
伊万里牛に山葵のジュレがピリッとします。
持ち麦と三色米 タラバ蟹入りチャーハン、意外とポロポロの麦やお米の味がします。
無花果とクワイのデザートは金木犀が隠し味です。今日一番の感激のお味です。
一緒に、苦瓜生地の黒ゴマ餡入りココナッツ団子。
ゆっくり味わいました。冷たいデザートは今日も食べたい、癖になる美味しさです。
やっぱり南園さん ハズレはないですね。
