飲み放題付で一人7500円のコースでした。
正直私にはかなり高い〜(─.─||）
(前菜３種盛り合わせ)
クラゲのコリコリ食感✨大好きです。味付けも丁度良かったです。◎◎
チャーシューは、凄く上品な味ですね、薫りも良いです。普段家系ラーメンのチャーシューに慣れてる為か、全く違う物に感じました。◎
海老も、下味がしっかりついてます。やはりコレも、上品な味でした。◎
(ズワイガニ入りかぼちゃのクリームスープ)
ほのかにカニの風味はしますね〜かぼちゃの甘みとカニの旨味が合わさって凄く美味。○
(点心二種)
海老とニラの二種でした。皮がモチモチプルプルでした。海老はプリプリ✨どちらも口に入れると旨味溢れるスープが口の中に広がり凄く美味。やはり中華専門店の味だと頷きますね。◎◎
(白身魚のXO醤蒸し)
薫りが良く上品な味でしたが、私的には感動するような印象ではありませんでしたが普通に美味しかったです○
(海老の二種 チリソース、マヨネーズソース)
中華と言ったら、やはり海老チリ、海老マヨは外せませんね。海老はプリップリッ✨の食感。どちらも凄く美味しかったですが、この日の私の気分は海老チリの方。本格的中華やはり美味しい。◎◎
(牛肉の黒胡椒炒め)
確かに胡椒効いてます。でもちゃんと中華ですね。
確かに美味しかったですが、素人の私には青椒肉絲の味、ご飯と食べたい。○
(五目チャーハン)
町中華のチャーハン✨も大好きですが、本格中華店で戴くチャーハンも中々美味しかったですね。
パラッパラで、濃すぎず、薄すぎない味付けがいつまでも食べたくなる味でした。◎
(マンゴープリン)
今回一番感動したのがコレ。プルンプルンで凄くクリーミー、甘さも甘過ぎずマンゴーの爽やかな薫りと酸味がとても良かったです。
甘味が苦手な人からもう一個貰って食べました。
コレは、本当に美味しかった(≧▽≦)◎◎◎

流石ホテルの中華料理店、どのお料理も上品な味で絶妙な塩梅でとても美味しかったですね。
特にマンゴープリン✨は感動レベルでした。
但し、飲み放題付で７５００円と云うお値段は、やはり私には高いかな？
もう少しお安ければ〜
久々に本格中華✨美味しかったです。
