昼食に入りました。
三笠会館の名を冠しているので敷居はそれなりの高さと踏んでいました。しかし入り口のメニューの価格設定を見てびっくり。早速「芙蓉」1780円を注文することに決め、入店。
テーブルまでの案内には多少もたつきがありましたが、入ると全て鉄板焼きカウンター前に座る形式。安い価格との楽さにビックリしながらテーブルに着きました。
自分達に対応してくれるコックさん（女性が多い）が挨拶の後、ワサビ醤油の掛かった豆腐とサラダが提供されます。どちらも美味、サラダのドレッシングはとても自分の好みに合っていました。
つぎに目の前でサーロインを焼き始めます。手際がよく、目にも楽しいものです。焼けると食べやすい大きさに切り分け皿に盛りつけてくれます。つぎにもやしを主体とした野菜を焼き、これまた盛り合わせてくれます。肉の垂れは、大根降ろしに辛子を混ぜた醤油だれと豆板醤だれ、別にシンガポール？のコショウと岩塩と粗塩がでます。私はタレよりもコショウと岩塩が美味しく感じました。ここまで来て難点が一つあります。肉が供され暫く経つまでパンが出てこないことです。やはり最初の豆腐とサラダがでた直後に出されないと派ランスが悪すぎます。
一通り美味しくいただいた後のデザートは入り口そばのテーブルに移動です。これまた良い感じです。私は巨峰の連れ合いは柚のシャーベットをいただきました。これで1780円ならば近くに住んでいればしょっちゅう来てしまいそうです。絶対にお薦めだと感じました。
