徒歩10分くらいの
たま家さんにお邪魔
何度かお店の前まで来て
定休日や臨時休業だったりして
ようやく初訪問です
食券を購入して
一度、外で待ち
案内の後、着席
オーダーはネギラーメン
家系特有のお好みは聞かれず
初めての訪問なので
そのままでもよしですね
まずはスープを
滑らかな口当たりのトンコツ醤油のスープ
めっちゃウメエ
シャキシャキ歯応え心地よいネギも
またウメエ
卓上にはクラッシュニンニクもあり
一欠片いれて
さらにうまうまだ
麺も喉越し良く
たまらんなぁ
過去食べた家系のなかでも
かなりの上位の旨さ
大満足なり

14時過ぎでしたが
店頭に行列有り
食券を購入して
行列の最後部に
意外と回転早く
10分くらいで店内に
ラーメン+のり3枚増し
850+60円
麺硬めで
まずはスープをズズーッと
おお、濃厚な豚骨のパンチに
しっかり濃いめのカエシ
たまらんなぁ
麺は歯応え心地よいね
大好きは海苔は
スープにひたして
麺と一緒に
うまうまだ！
ライスは我慢したよw
美味しかった
