このラーメンを何度食べたことか。
多摩センター店と会わせると高校生の時から数え切れないほど食べた。
このとんこつラーメンが私のスタンダード。
何となく久々に行ってみようと思い訪問。
相変わらずの人気店。
炙りバラトロチャーシューラーメン791円を注文。
この乳白色のとんこつスープがうまいこと。
そしてあおさがこのラーメンにはよく合う。
適度な塩味を追加してくれる。
麺はつるっつる。そしてそこまで細くはないので所謂博多ラーメンとは一線を画す。
久々に食べたが変わらぬ美味しさにホッとした。
