２年半ぶりの西海さん。前回は稲城若葉台店で頂きました(*^ω^) 長崎県西海市(さいかいし)発、アゴ(トビウオ)出汁豚骨スープがウリの長崎ラーメン専門店です。平日11時過ぎ、先客後客無し。店員さんは女性２名。丁寧で明るい接客。お冷やは、ルイボスティーに似ている「びわ茶」だったかな。口頭注文後払い φ(..)

かためオーダー。アッサリてしているけど、ソフトにクリーミーで美味しいアゴ出汁豚骨ラーメン。博多長浜とはまた違った感じで、好きですよ♪ こだわりの自家製麺は長崎五島産の椿油をに使用した熟成麺。具は、薄目のチャーシュー、青海苔、メンマ、刻みネギ等。
せっかくなので替玉は、唐辛子粉を入れた赤麺をかためでお願いしました。辛味はほぼかんじないんだけど、メリハリになってこれまた良い感じ。卓上の｢替玉のたれ｣をかけて♪ 味の補強(o´∀｀)o
美味しかったです♪︎ (๑❛ڡ❛๑)ｳﾏｲｯ!! 多摩センター店、東府中店にも寄ってみよう。
