2024.05【来訪】京王聖蹟桜ヶ丘駅に隣接する京王デパートのレストランフロアにあるお店。平日の夜利用。店内はとても広く、居心地のいい空間。今回は、デミソースの特製ハンバーグ1,750円にCセット830円（ミニサラダ、ライス、アイスコーヒー）をプラスして注文！
メインのハンバーグは肉汁ハンバーグとは違い…洋食屋のハンバーグそのもの。赤身割合の多い肉に濃厚なデミソースが美味。酸味が強く、コクもしっかり。ソースだけでご飯のおかずになりそうなレベル。添え付けの野菜もシンプル。甘く柔らかい食感のニンジン。しっかりした歯ごたえのブロッコリー。ポテトフライは芋自体が甘く、それぞれのバランスも含めて満足点。しいて言えば、ごはんがやや硬めで甘みのないのが…ちょっと残念。量がもう少しあってもいいかな。
アイス珈琲は苦みのきいた濃いめの珈琲で…こちらも美味。
スタッフの対応も良く、リピート間違いなしです！次回はプリフィクスコースにしようっ。デミソースが美味しかった…。
