聖蹟桜ヶ丘にある町中華のお店です！
川崎街道沿いにありますが、写真を見ても分かる通り駐車場の奥にあるのでスルーしがちです
奥にある扉を開けると、広い厨房を囲む感じでL字型のカウンターがあります
壁に貼られているメニューを見て注文するみたいですね
木札のメニューを見ると５ヶと７ヶしか餃子のメニューがありませんが、貼り紙をよく見ると１ヶ100円で３ヶから注文できるみたいです
餃子を注文した時「何個？」って聞かれたから餃子は５ヶって木札に書いてあるじゃんと思っていたら、そういうことだったんですね
ただものすごい量の餃子の仕込みを目の前で見せつけられては、こりゃ間違いないヤツだろうと直感的に思いました
とはいえ、なかなか大将が調理する気配がない
何があったのか知りませんが、５分以上何も動きのないまま放置状態でした
しかし、動き出したらあっという間に着皿です！
さて、お味は…
【チャーハン】
チャーシューたっぷりの玉子チャーハン
味は美味しいが、油が多めなのかややオイリーな感じでしたね
【餃子】
結構大きめ
たっぷりの肉餡の餃子で、肉汁が飛び出す恐れがあるので要注意！
焼き目のパリパリ感とモチモチ感のある皮が同時に味わえて美味しい餃子でしたね
意外と強気な価格の町中華だなと思いましたが、味も良くまだ食べていない他の料理も大いに期待が持てそうなお店でした
