あまり行かないお蕎麦屋さんに最近はまってます。
今日もぶらりと立寄った店が大変気に入りました。
店内１階は、カウンター６席、二人がけテーブル×２、四人がけテーブル×２のこじんまりした空間。
きれいに整えられた店内は好感度大❗️
この店の１番の特色は「お客さん目線の徹底」だと感じます。運ばれてくる料理は食べやすい工夫がなされており、そば湯には少量のそばだれが入ったそば猪口が添えられてます。
お茶の差し替えのタイミングもドンピシャ感があり、オーダーを受ける大将の立ち居振舞いも、蕎麦屋さんにありがちな「職人気質」のような違和感もありません。
相変わらず蕎麦の味には自信がない「蕎麦音痴」ですが、心地よい食事ができるこのお店がいたく気に入りました(^o^)v
