多摩センター駅から徒歩で行ける店。
休日ランチで利用させていただいた。
一軒家・古民家風の蕎麦屋、「きょうやよし」と呼ぶそう。
ジャズが流れる落ち着いた店内。
蕎麦以外に一品メニューも用意されています。
新潟県十日町市の義父様に栽培された常盤秋そばを抜き実にして毎週送ってもらっているもの、九割そば、とのこと。
「玉天ぶっかけ蕎麦」を大盛りで注文。エビス小瓶も注文。
ランチビールは美味しい（笑）。
ワカサギの南蛮漬けを出してもらいました。
蕎麦は、食べてみると案外コシがあり、喉越しも良い。
つゆは、醤油・甘さ控えめで、すっきりタイプ。
トロッとした卵の黄身と蕎麦が合いますね。
それなりにお腹いっぱいになりました。
