【昼間の酒はうまい】
【アーカイブ】 街のお蕎麦屋さんとは違う、ちょっと敷居の高い、ご近所のお蕎麦屋さん。堀之内にある有名なお蕎麦屋さんで修業された方が開いたお店というようなお話も聞きました。
蕎麦好きの多摩に来た知り合いと一緒に。お店の中は民芸調の雰囲気の家具とやわらかい照明、カウンタ席がいくつかとテーブル席がいくつかと奥にお座席。予約済の札のあるテーブル席に座りました。 店主の方のこまごまとした指示がお店の方に伝わります。当然なのかもしれませんが、お客さんに十分以上に配慮されている様子がうかがえます。
ビールとお豆腐をいただきました。ビールはエビス。この後、だし巻き卵、静岡の日本酒「喜久酔」、せいろをいただきました。おつまみもお酒もお蕎麦も間違いなく、時間がゆっくり流れて、大人のお店って感じです。昼間のお酒は本当に美味しかった。蕎麦好きの知り合いも満足の様子でよかったです。

暑い毎日、久しぶりにちょっといいお蕎麦屋さんで平日のランチにお酒とお蕎麦を楽しみたくなりました。
お値段、若干値上げされたようですが、このご時世なので仕方ないでしょう。
雰囲気のある店内でゆっくり日本酒とアテ、そしてせいろを。せいろの精度の高さはいわずもがな。
初めていただいた「天玉ご飯」ご飯の上にちょっと味付けした良質な卵の目玉焼きの上に天かすが少し。
ただそれだけなのに、美味しい！ 次回から絶対頼もう。
量的にはもう少しという印象もありますが、質も含めたトータルで満足。
