てんたまぶっかけそば
9.1蕎麦という珍しい蕎麦を食べました。
てんたま蕎麦は、冷やしたぬきそばみたいな感じです。
手打ち、手切りで
長さや太さはバラバラです。
蕎麦の香りよく、喉越し良いです。
もう少し冷えた蕎麦が食べたい。
蕎麦つゆは、昆布強めです。
蕎麦湯で割るとめちゃくちゃ美味いです。
蕎麦は、まあまあですが
蕎麦つゆが、上品です。
本枯つかっているらしいですが、よくわかりませんでした。
とにかく、蕎麦湯は絶品でした。
ブランド力がある日本酒がおいてあります。 十四代とか飲みたいですが、高いです。
今度は普通のそば食べようとおもいます。

早く退店するよう促されました、残念です。
前回、てんたまを食べたので
今回はせいろをたべました。
てんたまと同様のそばの太さ、そばの長さで
せいろと、わけていないことがわかりました。
手切りなので、細さ太さ長さは均一ではないので、
食感はたのしめます。
つゆも、てんたまと同様でした。
退店しようとしたら、駐車場がいっぱいということで退店を促されました。
会計をおわらせ確認すると駐車場は満車ではありませんでした。また、待ち客もいませんでした。
とても残念でした。
