多摩センターに用事があって、久々に訪問しました。妻と一緒の時はあっさり目のご飯が基本なので、蕎麦屋によく行きます。
このお店は何度か利用させてもらったことがあり、チェーン系以外はなかなか飲食店に恵まれている印象がない多摩センター近辺においては貴重なお店で、僕の中ではファーストチョイスです。
駅から徒歩数分の場所で、車で行ったのは今回が初ですが、お店の隣に駐車場が3台分くらいですが、ちゃんとあります。停められてひとまず安堵。
お店は混雑しており、店頭で少し待って妻と2人で入店です。
店頭に蕎麦打ち場があるくらいに蕎麦にこだわりを持って提供されています。どのメニュー頼んでも基本、ハズレはない印象。出汁や具材も含めて丁寧に仕上げられていてやはり良いお店だなと思いました。
キャッシュレスも対応の会計になっており、いろんな面で安心感もあります。
