【場所・環境】
聖蹟桜ヶ丘、京王ショッピングセンター4Fにあるチェーン店のカフェです。
【雰囲気・接客】
デパート内のテナントとは言え、お店には趣があり独自の世界観を醸し出しています。ここだけ別空間みたい。
夜7時近くの訪問でしたが、閉店間近だからなのかは分かりませんが、男性店員が椅子の掃除をしていました。入るのが忍びない感じでしたが、入店して着席。
席に着いてからの対応は全て女性店員でしたが、他のチェーン店ではまずまずありえないくらい礼儀がちゃんとしていました。席に来たとき、離れるときには静止して30度の角度でお辞儀をする。料理を運ぶとき、置くときもとても丁寧ですし、退店するときもお会計終了直後と、店を出てから改めて挨拶をする。なんて素晴らしいんでしょうか。入店～退店までとても気持ちよく過ごすことができましたね。
【料理】
●椿屋アイス珈琲
深いコクと強い苦味があり、チェーン店のものとは思えないぐらい美味しいですね。余韻もしっかりと楽しむことができ、カフェオレにも向く珈琲だと感じました。
●シフォンショコラ
フォークを入れるとシュワっと音を立てるケーキ。食感はそこそこしっとりしているので、口の中の水分が持っていかれるような感じはあまりないです。また、ショコラの味がなかなか濃厚だったので、最後まで飽きずに食べることができました。
【価格・メニュー】
椿屋アイス珈琲とシフォンショコラのセットは880円。シフォンショコラはSサイズでオーダーすると、100円引きになります。椿屋アイス珈琲の単品は650円。ドリンクメニューはだいたい600～700円と、他の店に比べるとちょっと値段が高めですね。
【総評】
値段が高いとは言ってもその分美味しいので、まぁ仕方ないかなって感じです。けど、頻繁に行きたいかと聞かれれば、やっぱり高いので、たまに行くぐらいがちょうど良いかな？と（笑）
