東京都多摩市、川崎街道と野猿街道が交わる一宮交差点から聖蹟桜ヶ丘駅方面に向かって進み、大きなパチンコ屋の先に有る小さな中華の店。夫婦であろうお二人でやっていて、調理の旦那さんは大陸の方の様です。
昔ながらの中華料理店と言うわけではないので、町中華の呼称は付かないのかも知れませんが、数少ない地元での中華はここが一番かな？或る意味、My町中華！
休みの日の夕方。昼夜兼用で妻と行きました。
もやしラーメン、タンメンを半チャンと餃子のセットでお願いしました。本当は麺と餃子、別々に頼んだのですが、ちゃんとセットで扱ってくれました。
もやしラーメンは、とろみのついた醤油ベースの丼の海に、いっぱいのもやしが浮かんでいる。
シャキッとしたもやし。
くたっ〜とした麺が口の中で調和を醸し出す。
タンメンは鶏ガラスープ。
炒めた野菜に注がれたスープがシンプルで美味い。
一緒の餃子、半炒飯ももちろん美味しい。
美味しい気軽な聖蹟中華、準・町中華！
町中華で飲りはしませんでしたが、満足。
もちろん飲みたい人は飲めますし、飲んでる人も多い！
