聖蹟桜ヶ丘駅から西方向へそこそこ歩いた先にある、川崎街道沿いのうどん店。
小平から埼玉へと広く提供されている極太のうどんをつけ汁で楽しむ形のうどん屋さんです。
店内は和食処や食堂の雰囲気で、テーブル席や壁窓向きカウンター席などがあります。
●肉汁うどん
基本は麺400gのうどんが皿に盛られ、別器で豚肉と白ネギが乗ったつけ汁が付くうどん。
コシと呼ぶのには少し硬めな極太うどんの武骨さは噛み応えがあり、小麦の味わいも豊か。
つけ汁はかえしの醤油系塩加減が程よく、麺に軽く味が乗りつつ肉やネギもアクセントに。
讃岐系セルフとは異なる、ゆっくり楽しめる武蔵野系うどんの食べ応えが個人的に好きです。
