高尾梅郷梅まつりの帰り3時ころに訪問。1,2組の待ちで入れました。武蔵野うどんを初めて食べたのは、小平の小平うどんでした。以後は主に埼玉県内のうどん屋を食べ歩いているので、久しぶりの小平うどんです。
麺がグラム表示になっているのは誤解がなくて良いですね。因みに一般的な茹でうどんの一人前は200gだそうですよ。武蔵野うどんだと400gが並扱いかな。
結果的にはやっぱり冬はカレーうどんにしておけば良かったかな？と言う気持ち。汁の味が案外単調で、飲めるくらいの塩辛さだからか、食べてる間にうどんの水分で薄まってぬるくなってちょっと切ない。ネギは美味しい。もっとあって良い。
周囲の客のオーダーを見ているとうどん一本の人は少なく、天ぷらとか肉巻き握りとか頼んでいる。豊富なサイドオーダーで変化をつけるのが、この店の楽しみ方という事でしょうか。
うどん自体はなんだかとらえどころの無い普通の武蔵野うどんでした。初めてなら間違い無く量に圧倒されると思いますが。
ところで、うどんのカロリーは 270kcal/100g
自転車を、1時間漕いだら、305kcak とか。
なので汁やサイドオーダーで＋されるぶんを入れればうどんの100gで自転車1時間ですね。分かりやすい。★自転車が置きやすい店なのも助かります。
