何年か前の夏にここの大きな看板が台風で吹っ飛ばされ道路に落ちて通行止め！
通行止めをくらった私はその後何故かここのお店を避ける様になっていました。
焼き鳥で一杯引っ掛けた後、何と無くうどんが食べたくなり、フラーっとこちらへ
閉店前だったので、店内はガラガラ
広い空間にテーブルとお座敷があり、お蕎麦屋さんらしい内装です。
肉汁うどん400g冷盛りを葱マシでオーダー
すると、直ぐに着丼！
早っ！
薄茶色の極太うどんはコシがあり香りがいいです。小麦粉ーって感じで
サービスの葱マシは本当凄い量で、口の中が葱だけの味に
これはマズいと思い葱だけを食べて普通のつけ汁に戻します。
甘みが薄く濃いめのつけ汁はこのうどんには相性抜群でいい塩梅です。
途中、一味と生姜を入れ軽く味変！生姜が合いますね
うどんを食べ終わりダシ割りを頂きました。
甘みが増して、蕎麦屋の麺つゆみたいになります。
店を出てあの看板を見ると、しっかり固定されていて、なんだか安心しました。
