元祖バウムクーヘン【review#1784】
神戸市に本社を置く、バウムクーヘンで有名なドイツ菓子製造・販売のお店。こちらの店舗は、聖蹟桜ヶ丘駅ビルの京王百貨店内にあります。
差し入れとして『クライナークーヘン』というギフトボックスをいただいたのでレビュー。
4種類のバウムクーヘンが入っており、その中から『ショコクーヘン』『アイアークーヘン』『バウムクーヘン』を食べましたが、ショコクーヘンはチョコレート風味のバウムクーヘンの中にオレンジピールの味がほんのりとして微妙。アイアークーヘンはバター風味で洋酒がほんのりと効き、あんずの甘酸っぱさもかすかにしました。まぁまぁの味。で、最後は定番のバウムクーヘンですが、やっぱりこれが素朴で1番ウマイですね。安定の味です。

ユーハイムと言ったら、なんとなくのイメージでバウムクーヘンなんですよね。それだけじゃなくても、洋菓子店なので、焼菓子とかも取り揃えてあります。
今回はユーハイムの焼菓子詰め合わせをいただきました。まず、クレープロール。これは安定の美味しさ。サクサクとした、優しい食感。あとは、ラングドシャ的なクッキーもさっくり、優しく崩れゆく感じ。
バターの含有量というか、そういうのが良いですよね。ちょっとしたおやつに最適。
