友人がよく通っているお店ということで、「サムゲタン」を予約注文して来店。
多摩ってなんにもない街だし、全く期待していなかったのだが・・・(^_^;)
その思いは、さらりと裏切られました（笑）。
テーブル席が４つに、「くの字」のカウンター席、よくある韓国料理屋さんの雰囲気で、
よく喋るオモニがシャキシャキ仕事しています。
チヂミを頂いて・・・「あれ(ﾒ・ん・)？美味しい！！」
粉っぽさ、重さが全くなく、生地に混ぜ込んでない卵が表面で焼かれてて卵焼きみたいで芳ばしい。
チャプチェは、ピリリと黒胡椒が効いていて、単純なはずなのに 何故か深い美味しさ。
メインのサムゲタンは、、、、今まで食べた中で一番美味しかった～(#^.^#)
薬膳だからといって、単に薄味で健康味なだけではなく
鶏の旨みがしっかり引き出されており、味のバランスの取り方が絶妙なのだ。
鶏は骨までホロホロと食べれる煮込みよう。
韓国家庭料理は私自身も作るが、普通の韓国料理店より自分が作ったほうが美味しいことが多く・・・あまり感動したことなかった。
が。。。ここのオモニは、味の描き方がとても上手。どれも、すごく美味しかったです(๑≧౪≦)
多摩だから、なかなか行けないけれど・・・また是非伺いたいと思いました。
