多摩ニュータウン通り沿いの韓国料理屋ミョンガ。
多摩センターの駅から7分くらいでしょうか。
乞田川沿いに堀之内方面に行きます。
今回は多摩センターひとりランチで伺いました。
店はＬ字のカウンターとテーブル席。
近くの会社の女性や近くのマダム達がテーブル席は座られていました。
私はカウンターで。
ランチメニューは数点。
初めてなので、日替わりランチをいただくことに。
今回のランチは豆腐チゲ。
それをいただくことにしました。
しばらくするとチゲがお盆で運ばれてきます。
生のたまごが中に落とされているようで、
運ばれてきたときに
「熱いうちによく混ぜてお召し上がりください」
といわれました。
よくかき混ぜていただきます。
少し暑い日だったので、「ふーふー」いいながら
いただきました。
辛めではありますが、たまごがまろやかにしてくれるのと、
辛さ自体がうまみを伴っている辛さなので、心地よいです。
「チゲ以外のものはおかわりできますので、遠慮なくいってくださいね」
と声をかけてくださいますし、お会計の際には
「いかがでしたか」と声をかけてくれます。
本当に気さくでよい方が切り盛りされています。
また、おじゃまさせていただきますね。

今回は会社の同僚と伺いました。
以前来た際に、他の人が食べていたプルコギを注文。しばらくすると、旨そうなプルコギ定食が。味もうまい！
同僚は石焼きビビンバを注文。
量が多いと言って、おすそ分けをいただきました。こちらもうまし。
