多摩ニュータウン通り沿いのお店。
永山から多摩センターに向かう車線沿いにありました。
中に入ると奥に券売機がありました。
一番やすいと予想される牛丼をと思い、メニューを見ると
プレミアム牛めし(並盛：税込380円)
普通の牛めしは並盛320円なので、若干高い、つまりプレミアムな牛めしぽい。
調べてみると、牛肉を冷凍からチルド肉に変更したそう。
タレも牛肉本来の旨みをもっとも表現できる無添加タレをしようしているとのこと。
でも、松屋の魅力は、味噌汁までついてこの値段というところの
ような気がするんだけど。
早速券売機で、プレミアム牛めしを購入。
中は、カウンター１０席、２人テーブルが４卓ありました。
食券渡して数分もしないで着丼。
味は…確かに普段の牛めしに比べて肉は柔らかく、
心持ち甘みもあるのは事実かな。
でも、松屋の牛丼は私にはちょっと薄味なんだよなぁ…
でも、そんなときはいつもテーブル目の前の調味料入れにある
焼き肉のたれをかけると味辺になり美味しくいただけます。
甘口とバーベキュー味はさることながら、遊びでフレンチやごま、ポン酢
なんかもわりと味が変わって美味しいです。
松屋の牛丼は味が薄い…と私と同じように不満に思っている方は、
是非みなさんも試して見てください。
