オーナーさんはベトナム人で、まさに本場の味が楽しめます。 |
カウンターだけなのに案外ゆったりとしたお店でした。
ベトナムへの誘いがあちこちにあります。
本格的な味だと良いな～。でもお店の人は割と若いしな～。
このお店もなんとなく家庭用の調理器具で作っているような感じがします。
美味しければ良いんですけどね。
フォーは好みからするとやや細めですが、スープの味も良し。
しかしパクチーが少ないんです。そこだけが物足りないんです。
食べ終わったあともニコヤカに見送ってくれて、気持ちのいいお店でした。
