この日もふらふら多摩センターへ。
すると以前からBMしていたこちらのお店。
ハッピーアワーで生ビール300円、ハイボールはななんと50円となっ！！(*≧∇≦)ﾉ
よっしゃ～！とエレベーターで3階へ。
祝日前の日曜16時過ぎに初訪問です。
入店すると人のよさそうなお兄さんが対応してくれます。
一人と告げると、カウンター席はないらしく。
なんと個室的なボックス席にご案内！

とりま生ビールはプレミアムモルツ香るエール通常590円がハッピーアワーで300円と。
つまみはお兄さんに聞いてラムわさ(山わさび)480円と、串から鹿もも串280円と大黒本しめじ串250円をお願いします。
すぐに生ビールとお通し350円が。
直後にラムわさも着⬅️早っ
お通しは椎茸やしめじなんかのきのこ。
これがまた味付けが旨いっ！
ステーキソースみたいな感じで、さんおつ好みに細々としていてちょい食べぐい飲みにぴったり！
お次のラムわさは、これまたタレ漬けになっての提供でして。
お通しと小鉢が一緒なので量的にはアレですがW
山わさびにネギがしっかりと乗っていて見た目麗し～
して一口。

濃いめの醤油ベースのタレが絡んでこれも旨～い！
ラム独特な香りを探しましたが、まったく感じず。
柔らかくて山わさびも控えめでこりゃアタリばかりやねぇ(*^.^*)
けっこー満足してるところに串が着。
ん、鹿はねぎまで。
大黒本しめじは、お兄さん言ってたけどデカっ！！

だら実食！
鹿は、柔らかめのジビエをリクエストしたのですが、うん、まぁ柔らかい。
して味わいは、ふ～んこれが鹿なんだね～とさんおつでも分かる感じで。
塩が多めにかかってましたが、特に臭さとかはなく。
こらまた旨い1品ですわ♪
大黒本しめじは、デカイので串から外し～ので食べます。
ほぅ、なるほど！
香りから味から、きのこがしっかりと感じられてこれもいい～♪
柔らかでちょい食べにも対応可⬅️え
こりゃおすすめをお兄さんに確認したのも有りますが、アタリばかりで貶すところが見つからず困ったねぇ。。
おかげでおかわりハイボール×2をお願いしちゃいました～W
店員さんは先ほどのお兄さんと外国の方。
特筆すべきは有りませんが、優しそうな感じがよきよきW

昨日もいつものお店で日付変更線を跨いださんおつ。
そろそろ飽きてきたんじゃないのか～い？

とりまこの日も親孝行に洗濯、片付け、と、一通りのノルマをこなした後は。
さっきテレビでジビエがどうとか言ってたなぁ～
と、日曜17時頃に久しぶりの訪問です。
入店するも気付いてもらえない症状がW
さんおつから声かけすると、優しげなお兄ちゃんが対応してくれて一安心。
前回と同じ、4～5人座れそうなボックス席にご案内です。
とりま生ビールはプレミアムモルツ香るエール590円がクーポン(ハッピーアワー)で300円と。
炭火焼きから猪もも串250円、羊肩ロース串230円、マッシュルーム串200円をさっきとは違うお兄ちゃんに。
すぐに生ビールとお通しのキノコのマリネ350円が。
10分くらいで炭火焼きが着。
このお通しは、レモンも添えられていてさっぱり旨々！
フツーに1品として頼むことも出来ますが、それだと400円だそう。
ん？
炭火焼きは見た目では猪だか羊だか分かりませんが、よく見ると串に書いてありましたW
薬味で柚子胡椒が添えられてますな。
実食！
猪もも串はシンプルに塩胡椒で味付け。
意外と柔らかさもあり、独特な風味もあり。
決して臭いのではありませんが、好みは別れるかも知れませんね。
羊肩ロース串も噛みきれるくらいの柔らかさ。
あのラム臭さはほぼなし、ラムらしい味わいは弱めに感じられましたね～
「効能はなんと肥満防止！」
に惹かれて頼んだマッシュルーム串は。
ふわっとした食感に、醤油タレがさっぱりとしてて美味し♪
あっという間になくなっちゃいました～W
おかわりはジムビームハイボール450円がクーポン(ハッピーアワー)で50円×3を。
店員さんは男性スタッフ×2名。
おそらく厨房、ホール兼任でやってらして。
一人は優しげ、一人は能面な感じ。
ま、半分こしてフツーよりイーかな？

総じて駅前ビル3階のこちらのお店は。
きのことジビエに特化しながら、ハッピーアワーを併せ持ち。
おかげで4杯飲んでも1,600円くらい♪
オリジナリティ溢れてCP高めなお店でしたね！
