映画を見た後、イオンシネマ多摩センターのすぐ近く、というか向かいにあるインド料理店ナマステキッチンでランチです。休日のためか、ランチにはちょっと遅めの時間だったのですがほぼ満席でした。
スペシャルセット1,210円。カレー2種、タンドリーチキン、ライス、ナン、サラダ、ドリンク。カレー2種は選べます。写真はキーマとマトンです。インド料理店のランチセットとしては標準的な内容、値段は安めですが…味が薄い、というか…口に入れたときに感じるのが素材の味でもスパイスの風味でもなく、真っ先に『塩気』なんですよね…。塩気はむしろ強めなので、そういう意味では味は濃いのですが、インド料理を食べているという感じがしません。まぁ同じブロックにはミスタードーナツとマクドナルド、通りの向かいにはサイゼリヤというようなカジュアル飲食エリアなので、あまり本格的にスパイスを使ってしまうとかえって敬遠されるかもしれない、ということかもしれませんが…。正直いって僕には物足りない味でした。まぁインド料理入門にはコスパがいいと言えるかもしれません。
他にタイ料理のメニューが何店かありました。次の機会があったらそちらも食べてみるかな…。
