この店は既に二回訪れた。
定番メニュー以外に、オススメとして中華とワインのマリアージュというメニューがあるのだが、初回訪問時のそれに驚いて、一ヶ月もたたないうちに二回目の訪問をしたのだ。
一度目の中華とワインのマリアージュは、黒酢角煮と赤ワインの組み合わせだった。
これが抜群においしくて、引き続き赤ワインをボトルで頼んでしまったほどだ。
余った黒酢の汁は花巻蒸しパンにつけて美味しくいただいた。
二度目の時は、牡蠣の揚げ物のココナツミルクあえと白ワインの組み合わせだった。
この店は中国家庭料理となっているが、色々工夫がこらされたメニューが多い。
中華とワインのマリアージュはメニューにはなく、別紙のお薦めを見て頼んだのだが、正解だった。
またこの店の特徴として、ワインの種類が豊富なことがあげられる。
この店には野菜ソムリエも在籍ということで、農園サラダも野菜そのものの味が楽しめる。
ズワイ蟹入り古代米炒飯もなかなかおつな味がしてよかった。
