Ankake Yakisoba (stir-fried noodles) was featured on Matsuko's Unknown World. Apparently classic way to make noodles is to deep fry them. It's different from Nagasaki's Sara Udon. I ordered delivery for myself again tonight. This time I chose the restaurant based on the photos. I was looking for a place that served fried noodles and found this place. Because the noodles were nicely browned. The spring rolls and stir-fried lamb with green onions would also make a good Bento (boxed lunch) for my daughter. It said there were three spring rolls but there were five... The noodles were crispy and delicious Unfortunately, I chose the oily one and ended up leaving a lot of the noodles behind. The flavor is strong. The onions and spring onions in the stir-fried lamb were delicious. The extra dish was pickles, which were delicious as a palate cleanser. Everything was a little on the strong side.
