ので駅前の支店で打ち合わせてからランチ。
先日、車窓から見かけた此方の店にお邪魔を
致しました。
HIGH QUALITY YAKINIKUの文字に吊られ
いそいそと・・・
１２時過ぎでしたが先客は居らず店の中央の
テーブル席に通サレランチメニューＣセット
牛カルビ・牛赤身・牛ハラミの黄金コンビ！
他にもセットメニューは５種類あって選択が
可能です。
室内表示では芝浦食肉市場直送との事。
紙エプロンを頂いて準備万端の処へＣセット
到着しました。
今まで近隣３軒食べて来ましたが肉のサイズ
は最小です。
肉質が良いからなのでしょうか？
ロースターが、しっかり焼けてなかったのか
焼始めると赤身とハラミは貼り付いてしまい
カルビは直ぐに炎に包まれてしまい大慌て！
何とか収めて、甘口タレと辛口タレに付けて
ご飯と共に。
あ、ご飯が良く無い、べちゃっとしてる。
スープも一口、おやおや此方は塩味が強い。
キムチは普通ですね。
ご飯とスープは、お替り自由と言われいても
ヲジサマは、お替りを自主規制してるし。
あっと言う間に９切れの肉を食べ終え、終了。
うーん、チョット残念。
ご馳走様でした。
