お蕎麦ができる間に生を一杯
お通しには冬瓜の煮物
こうしたお通しはうれしいですね
いいタイミングでお蕎麦とはいきませんが・・・(^^)
お蕎麦
海苔せいろの名の通り、海苔が主張した角切りのノリが一面にのっています
この海苔が香り高く、口どけもよく美味しい
天ぷらはニンジン、ナス、オクラ、しめじに海老
もちろん揚げたて、熱々で塩とそばつゆにちょっとくぐらせて頂きました
塩で一口、そして蕎麦をつまみ、次にそばつゆにくぐらせて、味わい
蕎麦をまた口に運ぶ・・・海苔の香りと蕎麦と口中に残る油とが混ざり合って旨い(^^)
蕎麦は良いですね(^^)
仕上げに蕎麦湯でつけ汁を薄めて完食
もう少し、鰹出汁が濃いと尚良いと思いました
